I follow many great people on Twitter, a majority are in  the Tech Industry. One of the professionals I Follow Chris Ferdinandi (@ChrisFerdinandi) RT (ReTweeted) a link to http://twitterhandbook.com/blog/a-better-approach-to-connecting-on-twitter/. Now Mr. Ferdinandi is a great HR person, we have networked and he has helped me more then he knows.

In an excellent post today, @ChrisBrogan share an idea that you see used on this post. He suggests that instead of #FollowFriday list tweets, we take a few minutes to write about the people we are suggesting in a blog post, and then tweet the link.

After reading this from the article I started thinking this is a great idea!

So I created a new Category Follow Friday which I will select  people that I follow and engage with on Twitter and write something about my recommendations.
